We guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your goods, simply contact us for a return.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
Be returned with original tags and packaging
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
The item is in perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise. Your return is postmarked within 14 days from the day we shipped it to you originally. No collect shipments will be accepted and we do not pay for return postage. You can send your return via any shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us so we recommend some form of delivery confirmation. Please write your order number on the outside of the package. Also please write the reason for the return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the original packing box, tape the box securely, and send it to our address. If you do not have your packing slip, please write your name, address, email address, order number, and date you placed the order on a separate piece of paper
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Obtain a Return Notice Email by contacting our Customer Service.
Send your goods back to us and provide our Customer Service with the delivery confirmation number.
Once we receive your delivery confirmation number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.
Anything else I need to know about making an exchange?
If you decide to replace your order with a new one, the difference you are responsible for covering the difference. And of course, if you decide to replace your order with a new one, we will refund you the difference.Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs when returning after your 14-day Fit & Style Guarantee has expired.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge*. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, not refunded. No changes to the replacement will be allowed.
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the exact condition in which they were received. Do not attempt to repair goods by yourself. Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.
